Dork shirt

This is a T-shirt design I came up with in my teens—a little joke, a pretend punishment for my mom’s dorkier moments. She never actually had to wear it, though I made sure she knew it existed (if only in my imagination).

Somehow, years later, I finally got around to making a real one. The yellow isn't quite what I envisioned, but honestly, it might be even better—there’s something about this particular shade that leans extra dorky.

I wear it when I’ve pulled off some technical triumph, when I’m feeling quietly smug about making something work. And sometimes, I wear it just because I’m missing my mom.

Funny how something as simple as a T-shirt can hold a whole history—a little humor, a little nostalgia, a bit of misplaced confidence. Just fabric and ink, but it’s got a life of its own
